It is based on an average amount billed to patients that have had this service at this facility over a period of time. It is not a guarantee of final billed charges. Final billed charges may vary for many reasons. Insurance benefit information (where applicable) is based on information provided by the patient's insurance company as of the date of this estimate. Insurance benefits and eligibility are subject to change and could also affect the amount the patient is required to pay. Additional charges may apply for care provided through an emergency department to address unknown or unexpected conditions that emerge while receiving care.
